I discovered my love for cooking after marriage, like many others. I love cooking mainly because it gives you almost instant results. Unlike any other job, you dont have to wait for the six month or yearly review to know how you preformed. Also I like experimenting something new every now and then and what’s a better way than trying out new recipes.
I should say that not all experiments turn out to be successful, but then how can you enjoy good food without tasting some bad ones, right??. Hey you dont worry, I have posted only successful recipes here :)
These recipes are mostly from my family’s and friend’s collections. I’ve also taken a few recipes from some cookery books & TV shows (due credits given). All these recipes are tested in my kitchen before posting here and I try my best to give the correct measurements. However, please adjust the measurements to suit your taste. Being a Keralite, the majority of these recipes are Kerala (South Indian) dishes. But I’m still open to all kinds of cooking experiments! I try my best to post at least one recipe a week, but sometimes I’m just too lazy to cook :)
