Thank you for dropping by… I’m very happy that you’ve taken time to visit my blog and go through the recipes. I love trying new recipes… sometimes they’re a success :) and sometimes they’re a disaster :( .
Don’t worry, the recipes you see here are all the successful ones :) !!
These recipes are mostly from my family’s and friend’s collections. I’ve also taken a few recipes from some cookery books & TV shows (due credits given). All these recipes are tested in my kitchen before posting here and I try my best to give the correct measurements. However, please adjust the measurements to suit your taste. Being a Keralite, the majority of these recipes are Kerala (South Indian) dishes. But am still open to all kinds of cooking experiments! I try my best to post at least one recipe a week, but sometimes I’m just too lazy to cook :)
I hope you find the recipes useful, interesting and above all tasty. I’d love to hear from you, so please pour in your comments / suggestions / feedback / tips… anything is welcome :)
