- Cooked beef – 1/2 kg
- Onion – 1 cut in cubes
- Carrot – 1/2 cup
- Beans – 1/2 cup
- Baby corn – 1 cup
- Capsicum – 1 small cut in cubes
- Pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
- Soya sauce – 1 1/2 tablespoon
- Cornflour – 2 teaspoon
- Stock – 2 – 2 1/2 cup
- Garlic – 1 1/2 tablespoon chopped
- Green chilli – 2
- Refined oil
- Salt
Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic & green chilli. Saute it. Add onion along with capsicum & saute. Add carrot & beans & saute. Add baby corn & stir. Add beef to this mixture. Add pepper powder. Stir well. Add soya sauce & stir for 2 minutes. Add stock & allow it to boil. Add salt. Mix cornflour in 1/4 cup water & make a paste. Add this to the curry . After 2 minutes take it off from the stove.
