
- Plain Flour - 1 1/2 cups
Coco Powder - 1/2 cup
Powdered sugar - 1 1/2 cups
Soda Bicarbonate - 1 1/2 teaspoon - Melted Butter - 180 gm
- Hot Milk - 1 cup
Eggs - 2 - Vanila Essence - 1 teaspoon
Preheat the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Butter a cake tin and sprinkle some plain flour on it. Make sure that the flour is equally distributed inside the tin. Keep it aside. Mix together the number 1 ingredients and strain it. Add melted butter and half cup of hot milk to the mixed ingredients and beat well for 2 minutes.Add remaining milk, beaten eggs & vanila essence. Beat well for another 2-3 minutes. Pour the mix to the prepared baked tin. Bake the cake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes,after that reduce the temperature to 180 degree and bake for 20 - 25 minutes. Allow it to cool in the tin for 5-10 minutes. Dust some icing sugar on top & serve with chocolate sauce.
