Check this picture out..  yes its Meringue roses :)  

I could not stop myself from trying out the new rose petal icing tip I picked up yesterday and since the batter was kind of the icing texture I decided to give it a try.. It&#039;s my first try with making roses so ya not really great but I was happy to try it out.  The Meringue batter was much softer than the usual butter cream frosting so yes I had to make the roses really fast cause it could go flat.  
One thing i noticed was that the oven temperature 140 C was a bit high and I had to switch the oven off at around 20-25min cause I could see it browning already.  So next time I will try to reduce the temperature after I keep  them in the oven.. so the initial high temperature will give it the crispy crust and the lowering the temperature will let them cook inside.
