    1. Milk – 1 litre
    2. Milk Powder – 1 cup ( Full cream )
    3. Sugar – 3/4 cup
    4. Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
    5. Egg white – 1

Boil milk with sugar. Mix milk powder & baking powder. Add whisked egg white to this & make small balls.Press each ball gently with your hands.Add these balls one by one to the milk mixture when it boils. When the balls become bigger & milk becomes thicker add crushed cardamom & rosewater. Garnish with badam. Refrigerate & serve. Please note: Apply some ghee to your hand while rolling into balls. Using condensed milk instead of sugar will give an extra taste.
