      hi maria
i would like to try this recipe.
is it ok to use tinned pineapple? if yes do we hv to cook it in the sugar syrup.

      • http://www.mariasmenu.com Maria

        Hi Roshna,

You can use tinned pineapple. Instead of adding sugar may be you can pour the syrup from the tin and cook the pineapple in that. Do a taste check and see whether the sweetness is ok and add sugar if its required.

        Hope you will like it.

        Cheers

Also, one doubt…shouldn’t the whipping cream be whipped in this recipe?

        Hi Rose,

Thanks for pointing out that it wasnt listed in the recipe index. I guess Jose is working on it. I’m so sorry dear for the delayed reply, I’m on a small vacation now, hence I dont check the mails frequently. Hope you understand.

In this particular recipe, I havent whipped the cream and used it as such.

Hope you’ll like the pudding. Once again sorry for replying late :(

Wish you & your family a Merry Christmas!

        Cheers
        Maria
