      Dear Maria

      Hope ur doing fine!
I’m gonna try out this recipe tonight, however I am not sure about the cornflour paste to be added at the end. CF was mentioned just once in the list of ingredients which according to the recipe is to be added along with the rest of marination ingredients. So not sure what exactly was meant by add CF paste and keep for 3 minutes towards the end..
I shall wait for ur reply but I am going ahead with this recipe for tonight. I shall just mix some CF with water, maybe a tbsp or so and hope it wouldn’t ruin the dish :)
      And keep posting !!!

        Hi Mrs. Sheikh

Did you try this recipe? How was it?

About the corn flour paste, it is added along with marination ingredients to give crispiness to the fish. It is added in the gravy towards the end, for thickening the gravy. If you dont want the gravy, then you can skip that.

        Cheers

      Dear Maria

Yes, I did try out the reicpe the other night and it came out well indeed! I had even sent you a picture of the dish I had snapped just before we dived in, cos I realized there was a picture missing for this great recipe :) (I used the ‘Contact Us’ form in your website to upload the snap, hope you received it!)

Since it doesn’t mention so, could you please specify in your recipe the amount of cornflour to be added for the CF paste for making the gravy? I would like it to come perfect the next time I make it!

And I just shared your website link with my sister few minutes ago! I told her your recipes are both easy and delicious too!

      Warm Regards
      Mrs. Sheikh
