Smoked Tuna Sandwich

A perfect food for the weight watchers.

  1. Smoked Tuna – 100grams
  2. Onion -1,chopped
  3. Tomato – 1,chopped
  4. Crushed pepper – 1 tsp
  5. Garam masala/meat masala – 1 tsp
  6. Tomato sauce – 1 tablespoon
  7. Brown bread slices – 6

Saute the onions for around 5 mins .Add the tomatoes& saute till it becomes soft. Add smoked tuna, crushed pepper powder &garam masala/meat masala & mix well. Add tomato sauce & stir for 2 minutes. Spread butter on bread slices & put the filling.

      Hi Shashi,

      Canned tuna is usually salty, that’s why I didnt mention salt in the recipe. You can do a taste test and salt if required.
