A perfect food for the weight watchers.
- Smoked Tuna – 100grams
- Onion -1,chopped
- Tomato – 1,chopped
- Crushed pepper – 1 tsp
- Garam masala/meat masala – 1 tsp
- Tomato sauce – 1 tablespoon
- Brown bread slices – 6
Saute the onions for around 5 mins .Add the tomatoes& saute till it becomes soft. Add smoked tuna, crushed pepper powder &garam masala/meat masala & mix well. Add tomato sauce & stir for 2 minutes. Spread butter on bread slices & put the filling.
