prawns crackers

  1. Cleaned Prawns/shrimp - 100 gm
  2. Plain Flour - 1 tablespoon
    Cornflour - 1 tablespoon
    Ginger Garlic paste - 1 desert spoon
    Pepper Powder - 1/2 - 1teaspoon
    Lemon Juice - 1 desert spoon
    Egg White - 1
    Soya Sauce - 1 teaspoon
    Salt
  3. Bread Crumbs - 1/2 cup
  4. Oil - for frying

Marinate the cleaned prawns in number 2 ingredients for 1/2 - 1 hour. Dip the marinated prawns in bread crumbs & deep fry till it becomes golden brown colour. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or chilli sauce.

  1. i wonder why people havent tried this one or havent commented it yet..wish they wud find out this wonderful appetizer..for a change, my crackers looked just like ur pic and i was soo happy..i put a little more soy sauce coz i like its flavour..and i used cooked prawns..i guess that wudnt have changed it much from its original taste..i loved ur chinese chicken fry and this marinade tasted a bit like it, esp with my additional soy sauce… :)
