- Cleaned Prawns/shrimp – 100 gm
- Plain Flour – 1 tablespoon
Cornflour – 1 tablespoon
Ginger Garlic paste – 1 desert spoon
Pepper Powder – 1/2 – 1teaspoon
Lemon Juice – 1 desert spoon
Egg White – 1
Soya Sauce – 1 teaspoon
Salt - Bread Crumbs – 1/2 cup
- Oil – for frying
Marinate the cleaned prawns in number 2 ingredients for 1/2 – 1 hour. Dip the marinated prawns in bread crumbs & deep fry till it becomes golden brown colour. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or chilli sauce.
