Prawns/Shrimp Crackers

Prawns/Shrimp Crackers
  1. Cleaned Prawns/shrimp – 100 gm
  2. Plain Flour – 1 tablespoon
    Cornflour – 1 tablespoon
    Ginger Garlic paste – 1 desert spoon
    Pepper Powder – 1/2 – 1teaspoon
    Lemon Juice – 1 desert spoon
    Egg White – 1
    Soya Sauce – 1 teaspoon
    Salt
  3. Bread Crumbs – 1/2 cup
  4. Oil – for frying

Marinate the cleaned prawns in number 2 ingredients for 1/2 – 1 hour. Dip the marinated prawns in bread crumbs & deep fry till it becomes golden brown colour. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or chilli sauce.

    i wonder why people havent tried this one or havent commented it yet..wish they wud find out this wonderful appetizer..for a change, my crackers looked just like ur pic and i was soo happy..i put a little more soy sauce coz i like its flavour..and i used cooked prawns..i guess that wudnt have changed it much from its original taste..i loved ur chinese chicken fry and this marinade tasted a bit like it, esp with my additional soy sauce… :)

      it looks yummy will try this for sure..i feel if we add little chilli sauce it will taste spicy .

    IT LOOKS LIKE VERY TASTY. IF U ADD SHEJWAN CHUTTNEY INSTEADOF SOYA SOUCE, HOW IT WILL BE. I WILL TRY BOTH THE WAY AFTER GANESH FESTIVAL.
