- Bread- 6 slices
- Chopped coriander leaves – 1/2 cup Grated coconut – 1 cup Green chilli – 1 Small onion – 3,4
- Tomato sauce – 1/4 cup
- Butter – 2 tablespoon
- Salt
Grind togetherchopped coriander, coconut, green chilli & small onion with enough water. Add butter to the chutney & mix well.Remove the crest from the bread & spread butter on the slices. Spread chutney on the bread slices & add tomato sauce. Sandwich together 2 pieces of bread.
