Chutney Sandwich

  1. Bread- 6 slices
  2. Chopped coriander leaves - 1/2 cup Grated coconut - 1 cup Green chilli - 1 Small onion - 3,4
  3. Tomato sauce - 1/4 cup
  4. Butter - 2 tablespoon
  5. Salt

Grind togetherchopped coriander, coconut, green chilli & small onion with enough water. Add butter to the chutney & mix well.Remove the crest from the bread & spread butter on the slices. Spread chutney on the bread slices & add tomato sauce. Sandwich together 2 pieces of bread.

    Its a nice ,simple sandwich . Should not we add salt to the chutney? it tastes better with a bit of salt.

  2. Thanks Riyakutty for your comments. We need to add salt, i forgot to mention it in the recipe. I will correct it.
