The pancakes looks very simple to prepare. I usually just mix coconut & sugar.What u have shown is a different method & will be really yummy.

I remmeber these pancakes it takes me to my hostel days in engineering college.! I still remember the girls rushing to the Canteen to grab their LOVE LETTERS! thats what we used to call these pancakes..! wow

About the coconut mix, it tends to become hard if you cook it for a long time. You can remove it from fire when the sugar starts melting. Hope this helps…
