Sweet Corn Chicken soup1 

The basic & most popular soup. You wouldn’t want to miss trying it.

  1. Chicken stock - 600 ml
  2. Sweet corn - 50 gm
  3. Cooked chicken - 50 gm
  4. Egg - 1
  5. Cornflour - 2 tablespoon
  6. Salt & sugar - to taste

Add chicken stock to a heated pan. Add sweet corn, salt & sugar to the stock. After 2 minutes add cornflour.Stir well. Add a beaten egg through a strainer & stir for 2 minutes. Add chicken pieces & mix well. Garnish with Spring onion.
