    • Anju

heyy wldnt the ginger chicken come out with gravy????

      • http://www.mariasmenu.com Maria

        Hi Anju

You can make the ginger chicken as a dry preparation or with gravy.

I’ve mentioned in the recipe about the gravy. I made it dry, that’s why you don’t see any gravy in the above picture.

        Cheers

@Maria, hi maria..i would like to try this recipe…bt i dont have kashirii red chilly wid me right now.so it okay..if i dont add that??its only for the colour purpose right…adding ordinary red chilly would be a good idea?

          • http://www.mariasmenu.com Maria

            Hi Teenu

Its ok to add ordinary chilly powder. As you’ve said Kashmiri chilly powder is added mainly for the color.

            Hope you’ll like the recipe…

            Cheers
            Maria
