- Potato – 250 gm (boiled & cubed)
- Cauliflower – 500 gm (cooked)
- Tomato – 2 medium
Onion – 2
Ginger & Garlic – 1 tablespoon each
Greenchilli – 2 - Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Chillipowder – 1 tablespoon
Garammasala – 1 teaspoon - Cashew Paste – 1/2 cup
Milk – 1/4 cup - Coriander leaves
- Ghee – 1-2 tablespoon

Heat ghee in a pan & saute greenchilli, ginger & garlic for 3 minutes. Add the onion and saute till it becomes soft & lightly brown colour. Add masala powders & stir for 5 minutes.Add tomatoes and salt and saute till it becomes soft. Add cashew paste & mix well. Add cauliflower,potato and coriander leaves. Mix well. Add milk & simmer for 5 minutes.
Cashew Paste : soak 10-15 cashews in 1/4 cup hot water for 10 minutes & grind to a smooth paste.
