    Beetroot Mezhukkupuratti (Stir Fry)
    1. Beetroot – 1, big chopped finely
    2. Onion – 1, medium size chopped finely
    3. Pepper powder – 1/2 – 1 tsp
    4. Salt
    5. Mustard – 1/2 tsp
    6. Curry leaves
    7. Coconut oil

    Heat oil in a pan & splutter mustard. Add finely chopped onion and cook till the colour slightly changes, it will take 2-3 mins. Add finely chopped beetroot, curry leaves, pepper powder & salt. Mix well. Cover & cook on low flame for 7-10 mins. Give it a stir in between.

    Notes: You can add green chilly instead of pepper powder if you like. 2-3 green chilly is enough for the above recipe.

      u can replace pepper with 1tspn chilly powder it should be neatly sauted in the coconut oil. otherwise it’ll be very pungent
