Crispy Fried Vegetable

  1. Cauliflower – 1 cup
  2. Carrot – 1
  3. Onion – 1 large
  4. Beans – 1/2 cup
    For the batter
  5. Maida – 50 gm Cornflour- 60 gm Gram Flour (Kadala Mavu ) – 50 gm
  6. Jeera powder – 1 teaspoon Garam masala – 1 teaspoon Salt Water Oil for deep frying

Mix together the ingredients for batter & make a paste.Add all the sliced vegetables & mix well. Keep it for 20 – 30 minutes. Heat oil in a wok & fry the vegetables till it becomes golden brown colour. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
