  • Palak Paneer

    A rare combination of rich & healthy food. It gives you the flavour of North Indian cooking. A perfect side dish for rotis & pulav.

    1. Paneer cubes – 200gm
    2. Palak(spinach) – 1 bunch
      Tomato – 2 medium
      Ginger – 1 tablespoon
      Garlic – 1 tablespoon
      Small onion – 4
      Green chilli – 2
    3. Onion – 1 chopped
    4. Chilli powder – 1 tablespoon
      Coriander powder – 1 tablespoon
      Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon
      Garam Masala – 1 teaspoon
    5. salt
    6. oil

    Boil palak, tomato,ginger,garlic,small onion,& green chilli in 2 cups of water till it is done. Grind this to make a coarse paste. Shallow fry the paneer cubes. Heat oil in a pan & add the chopped onions. saute the onion till it becomes brown. Add the masala powders & stir for 5 minutes.Add palak paste & salt.Mix well. Add paneer cubes.Serve hot with roti.
