  • Potato Wedges

    Potato Wedges
    1. Potato – 1
    2. Egg – 1
    3. Garam Masala – 1 teaspoon Chicken tastemaker – 1 cube ( optional ) Bread crumbs – 1 cup
    4. Salt – to taste Oil – for frying

    Cut potato in finger shape & fry for 2-3 minutes. Add little water to salt & sprinkle over potatoes while frying. Beat the egg well. Add garam masala & chicken taste maker to egg & mix well. Dip the fried potatoes in the egg mixture & marinate with bread crumbs. Fry the marinated potato fingers till it becomes golden brown. Serve hot with sweet chilli sauce or tomato ketchup.
